With over 30 years of strategic leadership across the global pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors, I have held senior executive roles, including CEO-level appointments, and contributed at board level to guide growth, governance, and innovation.
My background in people leadership and complex project management has enabled me to successfully oversee international clinical trials and support the development of pioneering research start-ups from concept through to operational delivery.
Combining strong business development capability with an extensive industry network and deep therapeutic expertise, I bring strategic oversight to clinical operations, research analytics, and systems improvement. I am particularly skilled at translating scientific vision into practical, scalable execution.
I am an accredited HMR pharmacist with a PhD in Microbiology and Genetics from the University of London, and I hold a Graduate Certificate in Aboriginal Studies from the University of South Australia (2020). I am passionately committed to promoting equity in access to medicines for all Australians.
I am also proud to be an ambassador for Walk a While Foundation and support Memory Mountain Limited, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering a remote Indigenous community in Haasts Bluff, Northern Territory.
And yes—I’ve recently become an author. My book shares my life's journey, including the challenges I’ve faced and overcome. It’s a heartfelt tribute to those involved along the way, crafted with the hope of inspiring and helping others through lessons learned, hope, and a deep connection to a special part of Australia.
